Automatic pole cage welding machine

The main reinforcing bars of the cage are automatically loaded to the dividing frame; the main bars of the dividing frame need to be manually passed through the fixed plate conduit to reach the mobile plate conduit and fixed on the mobile plate conduit by electric tools; the coiled bars (winding bars) are welded on the main bars after passing through the straightener; then the normal welding starts, the fixed plate and mobile plate rotate synchronously and the mobile plate moves according to the pre-set speed (the walking speed can be adjusted according to the skill of the operator) Then the normal welding starts, the fixed plate and the moving plate rotate synchronously and the moving plate advances according to the pre-set speed (the travel speed can be adjusted according to the operator's skill) while welding, thus producing the finished cage.
